“THINK” is the first step. Being our mind clear enough to think about some complicated question, it is really necessary to write it down. There are lots of examples in my daily life, e.g. the resume, the cover letter, the application form, monthly budget, planning and so on. Each one gives me more idea on who I am, what I have done and how I do.

Several days a ago, I think about a question “What the people around me desire?”

Think about it first by group, “girlfriend”, “family”, “friend”, ”colleague”, “church”, by observation before, and to try to guess what they want. Sit down and face to a computer for several days and “Think” and “Think”, I finally got some idea. Then, I have another question in my mind, “what should I do to fulfill it?”. And I think again and again. Finally, I get some idea. Although this process takes a lot of time, it is necessary to understand others more and understand other why they are unsatisfied.
